Startup Canada is calling on Canada’s most creative and entrepreneurial citizens for ideas on how to build a nation known for its ingenuity and innovation; wherein entrepreneurialism and creativity are core to what it means to be Canadian; and wherein Canadian inventions, stories, and content are shared proudly around the world. 

What does a creative and entrepreneurial Canada look like to you? What steps need to be taken to make this vision a reality? Join the conversation below to define and design a creative and entrepreneurial Canada.

In partnership with Google Canada and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), we’ll share the findings during Global Entrepreneurship Week in November 2016 as part of a national strategy to elevate the role of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in Canada’s cultural, economic and social prosperity.

The schedule for the Ontario forums is as follows:

  • Toronto, ON, October 31, 2016;
  • Digital Town Hall, November 3; and,
  • Waterloo, ON, November 9, 2016.
