Client Success:  Mobil Wraps Inc.

Justin Service started the OSEB Program with the Oxford Small Business Support Centre (OSBSC) in the spring of 2010, with the idea to design, print and install large format, graphic vinyl products for vehicles and commercial signage.   His living room became home for printers, inventory and his office.  Capitalizing on his strong network base, it wasn’t long before Mobil Wraps Inc. had successfully closed several large contracts.  As production demands increased, more equipment was added.  In less than a year, the business had outgrown his home, so it was moved to a commercial space in Woodstock. 

Once there, Justin quickly developed a relationship with the ready-to-retire owner of a neighbouring business.  Wanting to keep the employment local, the owner was eager to find a local buyer and was intrigued by Justin’s youth and strong work ethics.  Within only a few months, they worked out the details for how the much smaller Mobil Wraps Inc. could purchase Vision Signs.  Based on his previous positive experience through the OSEB Program, Justin returned to the OSBSC for business advice and financial assistance to close the deal.  With a CFDC loan, in April 2012 Vision Signs became a division of Mobil Wraps Inc.  

For his hard work and visionary strategies, Justin Service was chosen as the inaugural recipient of the OSBSC OSEB Program Client of the Year Award Winner for 2013.  Working together, a positive difference has been realized for Justin and for small business in Oxford County.
