Changes and/or cancellations must be requested in writing via email to conference@oacfdc.com.  Name substitutions are permitted $25.00 per change; if a full cancellation is necessary the following administration fees will apply:

• $75 per person - prior to July 3rd, 2015
• $125 per person - prior to July 31st, 2015
• Non-refundable - as of August 1st, 2015
