Bill C-344: A Community Building OpportunityFederal legislative Bill C-344 will allow the Minister of Public Service and Procurement Canada to include an assessment of the benefits that a community derives from a construction, maintenance or repair project. This Bill, which has already successfully passed through the House of Commons, will soon be presented to the Senate for final consideration and voting.
