All managers and staff at CFDCs are asked to submit contact information by using the form at:, so that they can take part in the upcoming confidential Employee Satisfaction and Training Needs Survey.  This survey, conducted by “InfoFeedback”, will provide data to be used in developing hiring processes and succession plans, as well as cost estimates for retaining employees.  The results can be used as evidence to support increased operating funds for CFDCs.
