Executive Director

PACE is a federally funded not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors.  We work with businesses, individuals and community partners create and maintain jobs and build healthy sustainable communities.

The Executive Director will act as a local and regional liaison, and will develop, participate and facilitate community economic development projects, and those that contribute to the economic viability of the region. They assist in overseeing PACE’s loan portfolio and offering business counselling services.

The Executive Director reports directly to the board through the Chair to ensure PACE actively promotes community and economic development for the region.

Qualifications:

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience
