2017 CF ONTARIO CONFERENCE

WELCOME TO THE ONLINE REGISTRATION!

We look forward to seeing you at the Four Points Sheraton in London September 6th-8th. Even with a busy conference agenda, we've made sure you will have time to network, relax, and unwind.

Registering more than one person?  Use group registration!  Please ensure you have all of the information you need for each individual before beginning this process!  

NOTE:  All parties must be of the same registration type.  Eg.  All full registrants   - or  - all one-day Thursday – or – all one-day Friday registrants. Select the Register (Group) button at the bottom of the page beside Register (Individual).

  

FULL REGISTRATION RATES 

  • Early Bird: Member $540 / Non-Member $640

  • Regular (after July 7th): Member $640 / Non-Member $740

Rates include opening welcome, 6 meals, 4 refreshment breaks, keynote speakers, plenaries, and workshops.

 
ONE-DAY REGISTRATION RATES 

  • September 7th: Member $300 / Non-Member $350
    Rates include 3 meals, 2 refreshment breaks, keynote speaker, plenaries, and workshops.

OR

  • September 8th: Member $230 / Non-Member $280
    Rates include breakfast, lunch, 2 refreshment breaks, keynote speaker, plenaries, and workshops.

Bringing a guest? In addition to the full meal package, which includes dining with the group (see Agenda for times and locations), there will be exciting plenary speakers, awards, and extend your trip to experience Elgin County. Information can be found in the Conference section of our website.

    Includes: opening welcome, 6 meals, 4 refreshment breaks, awards banquet, keynote speakers and plenaries.

  • Awards Banquet Only: $70
    Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday, Sept. 7th.

  • Host Night Dinner Only: $70
    Will be held off-site on Wednesday, Sept. 6th. (transportation included)

  2. Name substitutions are permitted at an additional charge of $25.00 per change.

  3. Cancellation (registrations and guest meals) will result in the following administration fees:
    • By July 14th - $75 per person

    • By August 4th - $125 per person

    • On/After August 5th – non-refundable

  4. Refund cheques will be issued after the conference

  5. Early Bird deadline is 4pm, Friday, July 7th. To qualify, cheque must be received within 14 days of invoice; otherwise you will be re-invoiced at the regular rate. Please make cheque payable to OACFDC Conference, 300 S. Edgeware Rd., St. Thomas, ON N5P 4L1.
