Betty Ferreira is the founder, CEO and principal consultant of ReStructure Consulting and Goodcasting and is a management consultant and advisor to boards of directors with 28 years experience. As a Strategist, Coach, Trainer and Speaker, Betty inspires social purpose leaders to adapt, prepare for, and create the future. Betty is the designer and sole instructor for the CPA Ontario Not-for-Profit Finance Leadership Certificate, a volunteer co-producer of the CPA Ontario Not-for-Profit Finance annual conference, a former member of the Accounting Standards Board of Canada Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee. Betty has a master’s certificate black belt Lean Six Sigma and has been a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario since 2013. She received the designation of Fellow of the FCPA, FCMA in 2018.
